Why Marloo

Financial advisers carry an extraordinary responsibility. They guide people through the most important financial decisions of their lives. For too long the tools available to them have been unworthy of that responsibility. We are building the AI partner that changes that. Not a notetaker, but the infrastructure the profession has always needed and never had. Our mission is to give every adviser the partner they deserve, remove the friction that holds them back, and unlock a level of advice that elevates the entire profession.

Backed by Blackbird Ventures, the first and largest investor in Canva. In under a year we have onboarded 650+ firms across six countries with almost zero churn. We are moving beyond the notetaker era and Marloo is leading it. We are at the beginning of something significant and the momentum speaks for itself.

A third of our team are ex advisers. We built Marloo from the inside because that is the only way to build it properly. We want to build the smallest, highest impact company ever. We are a small, global team moving fast across London, Sydney, and Wellington. Who we hire

We hire across three areas.

Engineers

Full stack product engineers who talk to customers and ship. No product managers, no backlog. You own what you build end to end, working on some of the hardest problems in the space: regulated document generation across six jurisdictions and infrastructure built for 10x growth.

GTM

People who have lived the pain of financial advice firsthand. Hundreds of client meetings, thousands of documents, and a deep frustration with tools that were never built for the way advice actually works. You sell adviser to adviser because you are one, and you want to build the future of your profession.

AI Ops

Ex consultants and operators who can code well enough to automate everything that is not core product. Internal tooling, growth loops, and AI workflows that let a small team operate at the scale most companies need ten times the headcount to achieve.

Apply

Submit your application. We review every one.

Intro call

A two-way conversation. We want to learn about you, share more about Marloo, and work out whether there is a fit worth exploring.

Hiring manager interview

A deeper conversation about your experience, how you think, and how you work.

Case study or work trial

Depending on the role, we will either give you a case study to work through or invite you into the office for a paid session working with the team. Either way we want to see how you think and work in practice.

Founder interview

A final conversation with Hardy or Shak. A chance to make sure the fit is right on both sides.

Successful candidates will be asked to provide references before an offer is made. We move quickly. You will always know where you stand.
