Full stack product engineers who talk to customers and ship. No product managers, no backlog. You own what you build end to end, working on some of the hardest problems in the space: regulated document generation across six jurisdictions and infrastructure built for 10x growth.
People who have lived the pain of financial advice firsthand. Hundreds of client meetings, thousands of documents, and a deep frustration with tools that were never built for the way advice actually works. You sell adviser to adviser because you are one, and you want to build the future of your profession.
Ex consultants and operators who can code well enough to automate everything that is not core product. Internal tooling, growth loops, and AI workflows that let a small team operate at the scale most companies need ten times the headcount to achieve.
